Mind Body and Soul – It’s yours only!
Have you heard about Sensory Organs? Am sure, you would have ! But do you really know how to use them to attain Mindfulness or simply relaxing your Mind, Body & Soul
One of the Sensory Organ is Ears – You can put them not only to listen to some good music but to actually focus while you are listening.
I have attached a piece of Music(5 minutes duration) for you to listen to. And you have to perform one Exercise while listening.
Just focus on the musical instruments & the moment your mind wanders or a thought crosses your mind, restart the clip from beginning & you will continue to do this until you sit through un-distracted for 5 minutes.
