Let us Get Together for a Webinar on Stress & Anger Management.

Yes, it’s testing time all over the globe because #Corona is spreading fast and #SocialDistancing is the need of hour. 

The positive side of the situation we all are in today is that we never had so much time together as a family. This is also the time for self-introspection & learning new things and bring out the best in each other.

However, as each one of us is at home, chances are that we may end up with stress and restlessness owing to different behaviors, viewpoints, changed routine, financial pressures and much more.  (Read my article on Stress here

At this point in time, it becomes all the more important to take care of our emotional needs– much aggressively than before.

The challenge is how to handle all the pressure, stress and also anger and not succumb.

Remember this is testing time – test of your grit, determination, #wisdom & #personality.
