Yes, it’s testing time all over the globe because #Corona is spreading fast and #SocialDistancing is the need of hour.
The positive side of the situation we all are in today is that we never had so much time together as a family. This is also the time for self-introspection & learning new things and bring out the best in each other.
However, as each one of us is at home, chances are that we may end up with stress and restlessness owing to different behaviors, viewpoints, changed routine, financial pressures and much more. At this point in time, it becomes all the more important to take care of their emotional needs– much aggressively than before.
The challenge is how to handle all the pressure, stress and also anger and not pass it on to your children and rather support their emotional imbalances so that they don’t fall. That is where mindful parenting becomes important.
With mindful parenting,we may be able to face the challenges with a clear thought process.
